Experience Requirements
We have multiple business development positions across hierarchical levels in our Industry Intelligence division. We will like to hire BD professionals with a minimum of one year to ten years experience in sales of research products; preferably in a market research company. Candidate possessing experience in both inbound and outbound sales will be preferred. Candidate must possess good knowledge of syndicate and custom research products and understanding of their promotion techniques through traditional and social media channels. Candidates with both sales and research knowledge across any or multiple industry verticals such as Consumer Durables, FMCG, Healthcare, Electronics, Information Technology, Telecom, Automotive, Chemicals will be preferred. Educational Qualifications: Graduation / Post Graduation from a reputed institute. Candidates with marketing qualifications and sales background working with market research company are encouraged to apply. Total Job Experience: 1-10 Years of relevant business development experience in a market research company. Profile Requirements Knowledge of Syndicate and Custom Research Products and strong sales acumen. Excellent oral, written and client communication skills. Responsibilities & Deliverables Achievement of monthly sales targets as agreed for syndicate reports and custom research projects. Client acquisition and service to ensure maximum client satisfaction. Preparation of strong pipeline of client leads and sales through inbound enquiries and outbound efforts. Job Skills Proficient in MS office; particularly in MS Word and PowerPoint. Good secondary research skills . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organizational skills including time management and delivery under strict deadlines. Sincerity, Honesty, Hard Work, Learning attitude. Personal Attributes Goal and action oriented. Multi-tasker; can work on multiple collaterals at any given point of time. Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines and targets. High energy with a positive - can do- attitude and optimism.
