Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor junior data scientists setting the tone for excellence.
Spearhead cuttingedge research and development of advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms.
Architect and implement scalable data pipelines and analysis infrastructure for diverse data sources.
Deep dive into large complex datasets to uncover hidden trends patterns and insights.
Design and deploy highimpact predictive systems and AI solutions for realworld problems.
Translate complex data insights into actionable strategies for business leadership.

Requirements:
13 years of proven experience in data science leading and delivering impactful projects.
Mastery of advanced data mining statistical modelling and machine learning techniques.
Extensive experience with Python Java Scala R and cuttingedge deep learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch).
Proven ability to build and manage robust data pipelines and infrastructure.
Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively share insights with stakeholders.
