Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that proper measures are taken for the safety of the people at sites.
Conduct Daily toolbox Meeting
Conduct Induction Training for new Employees
Involved in developing the safety programs and implementing them in order to ensure safety at work.
Conduct Site safety meeting
Conduct risk assessment
Site inspection, accident incident investigation
Prepare safety plans and implement the same for safety purpose.
To assess the risk factor while working with different
materials and prepare safety plans accordingly.
Attend Client safety meetings
Maintain safety performance data
To look for ways to avoid any kind of accidents while performing work.
Train labour for avoiding hazards and accidents while at work Safety Officer also needs to ensure the safety and security of the people employed at fabrication yard dealing with the manufacturing of the material.
Handling emergency situations at sites and also impart the same to the workers.
Ensure that the equipment's and material being used are of good quality and do not cause any harm.
Good Knowledge of Excel and Word (MS Office)
Good Communication. Shall able to explain / justify/ Training of Safety to the client.
