Role : Senior Recruitment Consultant Location : Gurgaon

Minimum 6 year’s experience in Recruitments preferably handled recruitments from any of these sectors - Engineering / Industrial / Automotive / Data Science

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment professional to join our consultancy firm. As a Senior Recruitment professional, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment processes, ensuring the acquisition of top talent, and contributing to the growth of our organization. Your role will involve collaborating closely with hiring managers and stakeholders ( at client side ) to understand their requirements and deliver efficient and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment Strategy Development: Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract and hire high-quality candidates for various positions at client side. 2. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels, such as online job portals, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify potential candidates. 3. Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates, including reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and administering relevant assessments, to identify the best fit for each role and the organization. 4. Recruitment Analytics: Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements. Qualifications and Skills: • Proven experience as a Recruitment professional, preferably within a consultancy firm or professional services environment. • Strong knowledge of various recruitment methods and tools, including applicant tracking systems and social media recruitment platforms. • Demonstrated ability to effectively identify, attract, and evaluate top talent. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment data and trends to make data-driven decisions. • Minimum 6 year’s experience in Recruitments preferably handled recruitments from any of these sectors - Engineering / Industrial / Automotive / Data Science
