Warranty Engineer Location :-

Jaipur Qualifications & Experience:- B. Tech Mechanical

with 3-6 years experience Preferable Industry

- Power Train/Engine/Bearing/ Railways

Job Purpose :

To review & analyze automotive warranty claims in timely manner and ensure corrective actions to improve customer quality and scorecard rating to increase company business growth and overall customer satisfaction. Principal Accountabilities : Timely completion of warranty complaints & Post-test analysis bearings (Complaint entry in project matrix sheet , Warranty parts attribution/ analysis, Interpretation of analysis findings ,Submission the analysis report to customer)

Warranty PPM reduction ( Complaint entry in project matrix sheet, Regular Warranty attribution/ analysis ,timely send attribution/ analysis report of customer, Attribution of aftermarket warranty parts and disposition ,Gap analysis and relevant actions Warranty Parts Analysis, corrective actions, and implementations)

Warranty debit cost monitoring ( Warranty attribution/ analysis, Update the attribution data in Sap HANA, COPQ : Monthly collect the warranty cost data eg. Travel cost, warranty parts analysis cost, 3rd party attribution/ visiting cost, Analysis the non- receipt claims debit cost and providing the approval)

Improvement projects drives ( Warranty Data analysis, Failed Part in-depth analysis, Conduct benchmarking studies to determine best design, CFT discussions, corrective actions identification and implementations, Customer visit for proposal discussion, PDCRA raise for Product/Process improvement ,Coordination among teams to complete actions, Proposed bearing rig validation plan with testing team) Automotive Customers & dealership visits ( Technical problem resolutions, Joint analysis activity like Field visit or at Customer premise, Process Audit and MOM points closure ,Improvement points recommendations)

Coordinating warranty complaint driven customer audit for all plants Warranty management and Process (Review & update the warranty SOP, Warranty PPM, Warranty12 MIS & 24MIS trend, Customer score card monitoring and gap eliminations )
