- Lead Generation and Prospecting:

- Implement effective prospecting strategies to identify and engage with potential clients and partners.
- Strategic Partnerships:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, such as developers, investors, and other industry players.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and leverage mutually beneficial partnerships to drive business growth.
- Client Acquisition:

- Negotiation and Deal Closure:

- Oversee the closing process, managing contract negotiations and agreements.
- Relationship Management:

- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Sales Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align business development strategies with overall sales objectives.

- Market Expansion:
