Salary: 1.8L to 3L
Job Description:
Strong knowledge of PC components and troubleshooting them.
Good knowledge of Windows OS and/or Linux operating systems.
Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
Customize & configure desktop hardware to meet specifications and business standards.
Knowledge in Troubleshooting the hardware components
Knowledge of various Networking devices
Knowledge on IP Address
Understanding of Windows OS support activities like startup issues, memory disk utilization
Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
Has experience in working with ITSM based ticketing tools (Service Now)
Ability to understand and troubleshoot various network problems using utilities like lookup, traceroute, ping, net stat and packet sniffers like wire shark, tcp dump etc.
