Job description

Detail Responsibilities:

1. Handling Breakdown & Preventive maintenance of all the machines & Utilities
2. Responsible for all the engineering activities carried out in the shifts. Ready to work in 24/7 rotational shift duty system.
3. Responsible for the machine down time related to electrical as well as mechanical breakdowns
4. Maintain the logbooks and work orders in the required format.
5. Carry forward the pending activities (if any) from the past shift and complete the same.
6. Monitor the critical operating parameters like power factor panel, Air compressor & air driers, Scrubbers, all chilling plants etc.
7. Monitoring of spares consumptions in the shift.
8. Ensure the maximum utilization of engineering technicians.
9. Assist in preventive maintenance & maintain the machine history documents.
10. Adherence in Quality Management Systems applicable.
11. Adherence to EHS Systems applicable.
12. Adherence to 5S + S Systems applicable to department.
