Job description
Position will be responsible for overseeing organization’s project control processes, ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget at the desired quality standards. Candidate shall be developing and implementing project control strategies, processes, and procedures and monitoring their effectiveness. Shall be in-charge of managing project schedules, budgets, and cost management and identifying and mitigating project risks. Additionally, will lead a team of project controls professionals and provide them with guidance, mentorship, and training. He shall provide pro-active cost, schedule, and risk management support to Project Delivery organization to ascertain project health and driving successful on-time and within budget execution of projects, both, domestic and international projects. Candidate must have excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. They should have a deep understanding of project management methodologies and tools and a strong background in risk analysis, cost engineering, and scheduling.
Role Requirements :- Post graduate or Masters’ degree in construction / project management + minimum 20 years of experience in managing EPC projects (Oil & Gas, Petrochemical) specifically in the domain of project controls PMP, PMI-SP, CCP, or CPE Certifications are desirable.Job tags
