Key Accountabilities:• Subject matter expert with the ability to apply knowledge of the business to solve New Hire & Onboarding administration issues. • Ability to apply knowledge of the business to solve any new hire & onboarding management issues.• Manage Background Checks, Employment Verification• Support with vendor coordination and inter-team requirements• Ability to produce required new hire/onboarding reports/dashboard, utilizing the HRIS.• Identify and interpret client skills needs.• Establish, maintain, and promote working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.• Maintain communications with clients, employees, and vendors in an efficient and timely.• Ensure accurate and timely processing in accordance with procedures & client
