*Responsibilities:*
1. Content Quality Assurance:
Research and verify the educational content uploaded by teachers for accuracy, relevance, and alignment with curriculum standards.
2. Provide constructive feedback to teachers on improving the quality and effectiveness of their content.
3. Curriculum Customization:
Conduct in-depth research on existing curriculum frameworks. Customize curriculum materials to meet the specific needs and preferences of our target audience.Collaborate with educators and subject matter experts to ensure curriculum materials are engaging and effective.
4. Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and pedagogical approaches.
Conduct market research to identify new trends and skills in education.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate closely with the Sales team to understand customer needs and preferences.
*Requirements:*
1. Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Design, or related field preferred.
2. Proven experience in curriculum design, educational content development, or related roles.
3. Strong understanding of curriculum standards and educational best practices.
4. Excellent research and analytical skills.
5. Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
6. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
