Job Overview

We are hiring for the position of Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time role based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. The ideal candidate should have less than 1 year of experience. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work in rotational shifts, and good interpersonal skills. Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in rotational shifts
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
• Customer-centric mindset and dedication to providing exceptional service
• Ability to handle difficult customers with patience and empathy
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• Prior customer service experience is a plus
• Knowledge of BPO industry is desirable

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Assist customers in placing orders, processing payments, and tracking shipments
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet customer needs
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer queries
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
• Adhere to company guidelines and procedures
