Velotio is hiring for a Senior Business Development Executive to join our Sales Team and help scale it to the next level of growth.

Requirements
The Sales Team at Velotio is responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, creating a good network of contacts and leading them to becoming Velotio customers. As a Senior Business Development Executive, your responsibilities include:
- Responsible for selling software & services solutions in the Product Software Engineering Space (Full-stack product engineering, DevOps & Cloud, Data Engineering, Mobility, UI/UX)
- Generating new target prospects through outbound activities – cold emails, networking, and referrals.
- Participating in the full sales cycle – outreach, preparing proposals, participating in negotiations and successful closure of outbound deals to bring on new Customers to Velotio.
- Establishing build and nurture your prospects by creating the foundation for long-term, value-based relationships,
- Facilitate and deliver early-stage discussions/pitches, developing them into meaningful opportunities.
- Building compelling value propositions, (content and materials) which support the business development process
- Working closely on Accounts and assisting them in business opportunities to ensure everything is coordinated internally for the accounts.
- Close cooperation with other members of the Sales Team on a daily basis and other company departments (including: Marketing, Recruitment, Senior Leadership).
- Ensure pipeline quality and quantity in CRM. ( Pipedrive, Salesforce etc.)
- Daily use of professional tools that will help you gather accurate information about the client (e.g. Linkedin Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, Snov)
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years experience in a business development role working for a software company(IT Consulting, Product Engineering etc.).
- Experience in dealing with International customers (US, Europe) is a must.
- Experience working with the companies of all sizes (start-ups, well funded companies and enterprises) & knowledge how to approach each of them.
- Experience in leading a team of BDEs is a plus.
- Proven track record of reaching sales targets.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English .
- Flawless communication skills – ability to provide clear, concise and insightful information especially in writing,
- Creativity in terms of creating and executing appealing written emails.
- Being goal and action-oriented – tracking results and actively experimenting with different solutions,
- Being curious and hungry for knowledge and information.
- Resourcefulness and independence to thrive in a competitive environment and ability to adapt easily.
- Experience in working with CRM, Linkedin and Google Suite tools.
