Job Title: Sales Representative Customer Service
Education: 12 pass 7 Graduate
Experience: Fresher & Experienced
Age:- 18 To 25

Key Responsibilities
1) inform to customers about companies product
2) manage inbound and outbound call in a timely manner
3) call on data and generate leads that develops a new customer
4) Take order from the customer and send to backhand team
5) identify customers needs and convenience the customer to buy the products
6) gain knowledge about the product and clarify information whatever required
7) maintain good relationship with customers

Qualifications:

1)Strong verbal and written communication skills
2)Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
3)Strong organizational skills
4)Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5) Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Agent Do:- 300 calls have to be made out of which 125 calls have to be connected.
Shift Timing:-

09:30 AM To 06:30 PM
10:00 AM To 7:00 PM
11:00 AM To 8:00 PM
Training Periods Should be 5 To 7 Days.
Training Time
10:30 To 5:00 PM

Salary
Fresher's:- 12K + Incentives
Experienced As per Interview.
