We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Shadow Trainer to join our team at Cambridge Infotech. As a Shadow Trainer, you will be responsible for assisting our senior trainers in delivering high-quality training programs to our students. This is a part-time position suitable for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience in the software sector.
Qualifications and Skills
- Junior level experience in the software sector (1-3 years)
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of Tally software
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simplified manner
- Passionate about teaching and mentoring
- Good-looking and presentable
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist senior trainers in conducting training programs for students and professionals
- Provide support in delivering lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions
- Guide and mentor students to ensure they grasp the concepts effectively
- Assess and evaluate students' progress through quizzes, assignments, and projects
- Offer feedback and suggestions to improve the training curriculum
- Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements
- Collaborate with the training team to create engaging and interactive learning materials
- Ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment for all participants
