Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Reception and Greeting:
- Welcome and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
Client Interaction:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, guests, and employees.
- Assist with inquiries and provide information about the company's products or services.
Administrative Support:
- Handle and sort mail and deliveries.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Coordinate conference room bookings and manage meeting room facilities.
Communication:
- Relay messages and communicate effectively with internal staff.
- Respond to emails and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visitor logs, deliveries, and other relevant documentation.
- Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using office equipment and computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Professional and pleasant demeanor.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or a related field is a plus.
