Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Reception and Greeting:

    • Welcome and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
    • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
  2. Client Interaction:

    • Provide excellent customer service to clients, guests, and employees.
    • Assist with inquiries and provide information about the company's products or services.
  3. Administrative Support:

    • Handle and sort mail and deliveries.
    • Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
    • Coordinate conference room bookings and manage meeting room facilities.
  4. Communication:

    • Relay messages and communicate effectively with internal staff.
    • Respond to emails and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  5. Record Keeping:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visitor logs, deliveries, and other relevant documentation.
    • Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or a related field is a plus.
