ABP Digital is seeking a talented and experienced Art Director to join its dynamic creative team. As the Art Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our projects, ensuring they not only meet the client's objectives but also exceed expectations in creativity and aesthetics.Summary of the Role:The Art Director at ABP Digital will be responsible for providing creative direction, overseeing branding initiatives, managing art direction, and producing visually compelling graphics. Collaborating closely with our design team, you will guide projects from concept to execution, ensuring that the visual design aligns seamlessly with our brand identity and meets the diverse needs of our clients.Responsibilities:●Lead the creative direction for projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and client objectives.●Develop and maintain a strong visual identity through effective branding strategies.●Provide art direction for various digital and print materials, maintaining a high standard of creativity and innovation.●Collaborate with the design team to produce engaging and visually appealing assets.●Oversee the entire creative process, from concept development to final execution.●Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.●Provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance overall performance.●Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns.Qualifications:●Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.●Proven experience in creative direction and art direction.●Strong branding and graphics skills.●Proficient in Graphic Design software, especially Adobe Creative Suite.●Exceptional attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.●Excellent communication and collaboration skills.●Ability to manage projects effectively and provide meaningful feedback.●Experience in advertising or marketing is a plus.Anandabazar Online is an equal opportunity employer, and we encourage candidates from diverse backgrounds to apply.
