We are looking for a passionate and skilled software professionals to provide Build and Integration support for development projects in the Security systems team. In this position, you will work with a team of multi-disciplined professionals, tools and methods for QTI security solutions.The position will require you to work to integrate and release security deliverables and this needs close interactions with internal teams and potentially with external customers as well.

You will be contributing on various Security related technologies across Mobile platform Security, Cryptography, Trusted Execution environments, Access control mechanisms, vulneraility detection etc. Deliverables are across multiple processors, Embedded software platforms, and operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers upto 4 Engineers responsible for:
  • Build, validate and release security deliverables/builds.
  • Develop/enhance/maintain continuous Integration framework using Python.
  • Follow defined methodologies, processes and procedures for varioussoftware integration activities.
  • Triage, Debug and resolve issues and bugs in the build system through good problem solving skills.
• Collaborate within and cross functional teams as required to ensure quality work products are delivered.
  • Identify bottlenecks in CI/CD and in integration workflow and work with stakeholders to resolve them
• Track the items assigned team to closure.
• Work with immediate Lead and cross functional Leads to scope out the work and plan work for the engineers
• Represent ssg integration team in wider forums if required

Minimum Qualifications/Experience

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Electronics or related field.
• Have 8-12 years of experience in leading a DEVOPS team or Integration and release.
• Working knowledge with SOC and embedded platforms

Desirable Qualifications/Experience

• Should be capable of working independently and self driven
• Good understanding of Compilers/Compilation
• Working knowledge of C programming and good knowledge of scripting languages like Python
• Triage build framework issues and make build framework enhancements based on requirement (MakeFiles/Scons/CMake)
• Good experience in working with docker containers
• Experience with code versioning tools (git / perforce) and build tools (Makefiles/SCons/cmake).
• Experience in maintaining/developing continuous Integration systems using Python
• Working knowledge of CI infrastructure such Electric commmander, Jenkins etc.
• Working knowledge of Android build system and Android Devices and windows devices.
• Prior experience in Qualcomm and/or Qualcomm Tools/devices is a plus.
• Have experience in full stack development is a plus which includes strong understanding of following languages/tools:
  • Python
  • Flask framework
  • Mongodb and Mongoengine
  • MSSQL
  • HTML, CSS, JS [Mostly Boostrap3]

Minimum Qualifications:

. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

. 2+ years of academic or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
