Job Description: Ecommerce - Head
Ecommerce Strategy:
Develop and execute the companys ecommerce strategy to drive revenue, profitability, and market share.
Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the online market.
Website Management:
Oversee the design, functionality, and performance of the ecommerce website.Ensure a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience.
Product Management:
Manage the product catalog, including product listings, pricing, and inventory.
Monitor product trends and make data-driven decisions regarding product selection and availability.
Digital Marketing:
Develop and execute online marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.Optimize conversion rates and customer acquisition.
Customer Experience:
Enhance the overall customer experience by improving website usability and customer service.
Collect and analyze customer feedback and data to make improvements.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of the ecommerce operation.
Use data and analytics to make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement.
Technology and Tools:
Evaluate and implement the latest ecommerce technologies and tools to enhance efficiency and customer experience.Ensure the website is up to date with the latest security and compliance requirements.
Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor a team of ecommerce professionals, including web developers, digital marketers, and customer service representatives.Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Budget Management:

Partnerships and Vendor Management:
