Job Title: SA Channel Manager

Location: Hyderabad

Max Budget – INR 15 LPA

Job Description

A Channel Manager is responsible for the development, management, and optimization of relationships with SAs to drive sales and revenue growth for the company's products or services. This role involves collaborating closely with SAs, providing support, and ensuring that they effectively represent the company's offerings to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • SA Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard new SAs who align with the company's values and objectives.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with SAs. Provide training, resources, and ongoing support to help them meet sales targets.
  • Remuneration Management: Oversee SA remuneration, Claims & Payouts. And lastly, ensure SA incentives / remuneration is in-line with industry practices.
  • Internal Engagement: SA channel – business engagement. Ensuring post on-boarding and training, the AE business teams engage with the SA
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing plans tailored to SAs to drive product or service adoption and sales.
  • Promotion/Scheme/Incentives: Conceptualise and run schemes and incentives to as required
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of SAs against sales targets and KPIs. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Product Knowledge: Ensure that SAs are well-versed in the company's products or services, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare regular reports on SA performance and provide insights to management for decision-making.
  • Compliance: Ensure that SAs adhere to all company policies, sales guidelines, and legal regulations.
  • Sales Training: Conduct training sessions for SAs to enhance their sales and product knowledge, as well as improve their selling techniques.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes that may impact SA performance.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and manage contracts, commissions, and incentive structures with SAs to ensure they are mutually beneficial.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in channel management or partner relationship management, ideally in a NBFC or Bank OR CA FIRMS
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with SAs and attend industry events.
  • Ideal candidate will be energetic candidate with 8+ years of experience.

In summary, a Channel Manager is responsible for managing and growing the network of Direct Selling Agents to drive sales, increase market share, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. This role requires a combination of sales, marketing, and relationship management skills specific to the direct selling industry.
