Strategy Development: Develop strategies for effective talent acquisition and retention.
Work Culture Enhancement: Plan and implement initiatives to create and maintain a positive, healthy work environment.
Employee Relations: Serve as a go-to person for employee concerns, fostering open communication and resolving issues effectively.
Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance management systems to ensure employee growth and organizational efficiency.
Bachelors or Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in HR, specifically in talent acquisition and headhunting.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
Familiarity with HR software and tools.
