As a Talent Acquisition leader, you will be advising senior management teams and leading the talent acquisition strategy and execution for all geographies outside of the United States in a globally matrixed environment. This currently includes APAC (India, Philippines), EMEA (Ireland, UK), and LATAM (Columbia, Puerto Rico),
This position is accountable for leading a team that will deliver world-class recruitment execution from organization and process design through performance measurements including metrics of internal and external recruiting plus partner/vendor (RPO) teams. They are expected to deliver a diverse and well-cultivated supply of talent by developing and implementing sourcing and assessment strategies that deliver business outcomes in the form of high-quality hires.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include functional staffing project management / oversight, management of globally distributed recruitment team (including allocation of workload and productivity / recruiter yield modeling and monitoring) and managing escalated business issues. You will serve as a leader and advisor to the recruiting teams related to the quality / consistency of the work product, adherence to the Recruitment Service Level Agreements (candidate and line management), as well as all other performance management and team career development plans.
