As a Talent Acquisition leader, you will be advising senior management teams and leading the talent acquisition strategy and execution for all geographies outside of the United States in a globally matrixed environment. This currently includes APAC (India, Philippines), EMEA (Ireland, UK), and LATAM (Columbia, Puerto Rico),

This position is accountable for leading a team that will deliver world-class recruitment execution from organization and process design through performance measurements including metrics of internal and external recruiting plus partner/vendor (RPO) teams. They are expected to deliver a diverse and well-cultivated supply of talent by developing and implementing sourcing and assessment strategies that deliver business outcomes in the form of high-quality hires.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include functional staffing project management / oversight, management of globally distributed recruitment team (including allocation of workload and productivity / recruiter yield modeling and monitoring) and managing escalated business issues. You will serve as a leader and advisor to the recruiting teams related to the quality / consistency of the work product, adherence to the Recruitment Service Level Agreements (candidate and line management), as well as all other performance management and team career development plans.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead talent acquisition strategy and delivery for all geographies outside the United States
• Partner closely with Early Careers, Executive Recruitment, Talent Marketing, Human Capital Partners/Talent Business Partners and business to create a Talent Acquisition strategy
• Accountable for the performance and success of the Geographically Aligned Talent Acquisition team
• Lead a large team dedicated to delivering the talent acquisition strategy and fulfillment
• Balance production metrics with talent quality and candidate/hiring manger experience
• Establish relationships and partnerships with key business and HR leaders to understand their talent and succession needs, develop strategies to meet these needs, and drive accountability in recruiting and selection
• Partner with TA shared service teams that operate globally and domestically to deliver timely low cost, highly efficient recruitment of high quality talent.
• Continue to build a world-class talent acquisition team focusing on skill development and performance management for team members
• Develop high performing leaders/managers through ongoing opportunities for professional development, mentorship and coaching
• Partner with corporate diversity & inclusion leadership to drive a diversity recruiting strategy
• Foster an inclusive/employee centric culture
• Drive overall talent forecast planning in partnership with Finance and Workforce Management Leaders
• Partner with cross-functional partners and shared service teams on transformation priorities and other projects to ensure solutions address global needs and complexities.
• Understand Enterprise centers of excellence and foster collaboration with key experts as business needs arise
• Educate the business and execute on enterprise initiatives that drive high impact human capital and talent practices
• Understand how the entire global organization works, recognize their role as enterprise stewards and optimize time, talent and capital
• Delivers Business Reviews to leadership

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience leading Talent Acquisition teams across multiple geographies (or equivalent experience)
• Demonstrated knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, social media, talent marketing, and recruiting process workflows
• Proven success partnering with C-level leadership
• Experience in large, global, complex customer-centric and services organizations
• Demonstrated expertise in acquiring high quality talent in highly saturated markets
• Track record of success influencing others and getting results through matrixed relationships
• Consultative and collaborative approach to effectively resolve conflict, negotiate, and influence change
• Organizational savvy with ability to sort through complexities and synthesize information rapidly
• Innovative and passionate about experimenting with new ways of working
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:        

• 10+ years of Talent Acquisition and/or Human Capital experience
• Talent Acquisition team leadership resulting in hiring a minimum of 5k hires/year
• Talent Acquisition leadership experience overseeing RPO and external recruiting vendors
• Master’s Degree in HR or related field
