Receptionist / Front Desk Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Executive located in Mumbai. The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, managing customer inquiries over the phone and in person, ensuring customer satisfaction, and effective communication with all stakeholders. In addition, the Front Desk Executive will have to maintain orderly records, maintain a customer database, and ensure the front desk is well-stocked and organized at all times.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and phone etiquette
• Experience in performing receptionist duties and managing customer inquiries
• Strong customer service skills and ability to maintain customer satisfaction
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and any other relevant software
• Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent work experience
  

Relevant experience in the real estate industry would be a plus.
