Job Title: Project Scoping Architect Exp: 12-16 Yrs. Work Location: Bangalore Skills : Low-code/No code/QuickBase platform experience, total architecture, E-E solutioning and strong coding (Python/Tableau), Cloud integration and programming/scripting experience with a very good client interaction.

Experience:

· Proven experience delivering professional services to large enterprise companies. · Experience presenting for varying audiences of different technical experience and aptitude. · Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication skill. · Relevant experience in needs analysis, business justification & demonstration · 5+ years of Quickbase experience with a strong focus in integrations and custom solutions · 5+ years managing project teams in a technical role involving custom integrations and customer interactions. · 5+ years delivering technical solutions in software sales, services, engineering, or support. · Experience establishing and nurturing relationships at all partner levels, from C-suite to individual contributors. · Experience working with integration platform as a service (iPaas) solution.

Skills:

· General knowledge of business analytics and business process mapping · Level of effort and cost estimations (Quickbase and custom-code projects) · Quickbase application development and build-out · General working knowledge of ERP solutions, relational databases, SaaS integration services, and integrating with enterprise software systems. · General working knowledge of API’s · General working knowledge of object-oriented programming and scripting languages (JavaScript, Node.JS, React.JS, jQuery, .NET)

Description:

The Project Scoping Architect will be responsible for working with current and potential Quickbase customers to estimate and scope end-to-end solutions on the Quickbase platform. You will help Customers discover the value of Quickbase and co-create a vision of how customers can use our platform to solve business problems. As the Project Scoping Architect, you will report to the Sr. Manager of Project Services Scoping and will work closely with other Customer Success (CS) and Sales resources to ensure that Quickbase solutions are scoped and sold in a manner which will meet customer objectives and drive customer adoption. The Project Scoping Architect will possess strong business acumen and have a successful track record of both selling and executing projects with Business and IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

The Project Scoping Architect will perform the following duties:

Consult with customers to understand and analyse engagement scope, requirements, time, cost and benefits. Responsible for estimating, scoping and developing the technical aspects of the statement of work documents. Consult with Project Management, Technical Project Consultants, and Coding Operations teams for accurate project timeline and technical estimating. Work in tandem with Account and Solution Consultant teams as an essential partner in closing deals Create Professional Services opportunities, manage pursuits, present proposals. Maintain customer relationships to help ensure project success and support the sale of additional services offerings. Perform pre-sale discovery through complex and complicated business requirements. Perform pre-sale design and architecture models for proposed solutions. Identify opportunities for new services by understanding and addressing potential new use-cases and the ability to articulate the business value in the upsell, or extension of services. Engage early in the sales process to understand our customer's needs, their business, how success is defined, and ensure that we are exceeding expectations in delivery and developing valued solutions.
