Role Brief: ShopSe is establishing itself as industry leader in digital financing/ cardless EMI solutions. This role will be responsible for strategy and growth in the enterprise segment post-acquisition. The responsibilities will include but not limited to scaling, partner relations, operations management, process optimization, resource allocation, cross functional collaboration, performance monitoring, strategic planning and execution.

Skills and Prior Experience Strong domain knowledge and proven track record of growth and sustainability. Excellent interpersonal skills, maturity and good judgment and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of stakeholders (internal and external). Solid grasp on data analysis and performance metrics. Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues. Aggressive, go getter, customer focussed, problem solver.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Will be responsible for excellent user experience, merchant and customer experience. Scale and achieve business growth as per AOP. Develop, execute, and manage growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Develop a deep understanding of customer/partner behaviour & needs, and achieve excellent customer satisfaction. Identifying and analyzing key metrics to evaluate and validate growth initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, sales, tec etc.) to implement growth initiatives. Using A/B testing, product user data, and market research to inform growth strategies. Review product features, loopholes on a regular basis to ensure meeting delivery of an excellent product market fit. Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives. Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth. Ensure to be PNL positive and profitability. Hire, develop, motivate and build the best team. Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
