HIRING FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
WHO - A sales enthusiast with a go-getter approach, good communication skills, and a having interest in guiding students.
WHAT -Convert K-12 student inquiries and leads into successful admissions by providing personalized guidance and support.
WHY - If you are excited about driving growth for a start-up by converting your leads into customers and generating revenue/leads for the business, this is your role.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to achieve sales targets in the K12 education segment.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to potential clients.
- Convert student inquiries and leads into successful admissions by providing personalized guidance and support throughout the application process.
- Actively track and follow up on potential leads to ensure prompt communication and maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate reports/data to track admissions data, and performance metrics, and provide regular updates to the Admissions Head.
Required Skills:
- We seek a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience in direct sales, particularly within the K12 education segment.
- The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building relationships, and meeting revenue targets and familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
Salary: Fixed + Variable (Industry Standard)
Location - GTB Nagar, North Delhi.
