We're excited to announce an opening for a Program Mentor specializing in Fundamental Analysis/Technical Analysis. This role is perfect for those passionate about teaching and looking to impact the financial literacy of a vast audience. Our collaboration with Zerodha on the Varsity Live project amplifies our reach, making this an unparalleled opportunity to contribute to the spread of financial education. This is an onsite postion and you will be required to come to the office at Sector 142, Noida.ResponsibilitiesContent Development and Delivery: Create engaging and comprehensive content on Fundamental Analysis and Technical Analysis. Utilize our in-house streaming product to deliver live and recorded sessions.Curriculum Design: Collaborate with the content team to develop and refine the curriculum that caters to all levels of learners, from beginners to advanced traders and investors.Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to students through Q& A sessions, discussion forums, and personalized feedback.Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the financial markets to incorporate them into your teaching.Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to enhance the learning experience on Varsity Live, ensuring it is intuitive, engaging, and effective for users.Community Engagement: Actively participate in community events and webinars, fostering a strong learning environment and encouraging financial literacy among users.RequirementsExperience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in trading/investing in the markets. Prior teaching experience in finance, economics, or a related field is mandatory.Certifications: CFA/CMT certifications will be considered an added advantage.Passion for Teaching: A genuine interest in educating and empowering others, coupled with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for a broad audience.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners across various digital platforms.Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using digital teaching tools and platforms.
