Job description

They're a $100 million Series D funded company with $60 million in ARR.
You will be responsible for assisting the recruitment team in the recruiting efforts from placing job ads to setting up interviews.
You will be responsible for following up with hiring managers, candidates and the recruiting team.
You will be responsible for maintaining data like expected joiners reports, open positions etc.
You will be responsible for assisting in onboarding of all employee
You will be responsible for all branding activities on linkedIn page.
You will be responsible for periodically sending all monthly newsletters and will be handling our alumni communications.
You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or another relevant field.
You love working with people and strive to make sure every interaction you have is upbeat, pleasant and friendly.
You are comfortable and confident in using Gmail, Gsuite, Google calendar as well as MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
You are a great communicator and are able to write clear concise emails
You have the ability to handle data with confidentiality
You have good organizational and time management skills
