The Semiconductor Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring top talent for our organization. The Semiconductor Recruiter will also manage the full recruitment cycle, partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and developing sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience in semiconductor recruitment or technical recruitment.
