Key Responsibilities:

Acting as a first point of contact for Chairman & Founder’s office and executives, employees, clients, and other external partners. Maintaining executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, often controlling access to the executive. Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner. Travel Management, managing events and conferences. Document minutes of the meeting, produce reports, presentations, and briefs. Managing databases and filing systems Internal & external Stakeholder Management Miscellaneous tasks to support Chairman & Founder’s office. Calendar Management and Scheduling, Travel Management, Accommodation, Visitor Management, Event Coordinator, Speaker Correspondence & Internal Communication
