We are hiring Mechanical Design interns to support design and Development of our products, making them reliable and smart.
Key Responsibilities:
The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
● Assisting in the design of mechanical components for our robots, including creating 3D models and drawings using software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
● Conducting research and analysis to support mechanical design decisions, such as material selection and structural integrity.
● Perform engineering calculations to support design work
● Performing FEA & Explicit dynamics simulations.
● Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure designs meet performance and functionality requirements.
● Participating in design reviews and providing feedback for continuous improvement of the design process.
● Assisting in the assembly and testing of prototype to ensure quality and functionality.
● Maintaining accurate documentation of design changes and updates.
● Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technologies related to mechanical design and robotics.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or in a related field.
● Firm grasp of engineering concepts, Prior experience in designing and integrating mechanical components
● Excellent math skills: ability to apply advanced mathematical principles and statistics to solve problems
● Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability
● Experience using software packages such as SolidWorks, Autodesk Fusion and Ansys
