Working Hours: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Note: Sunday working day (Week off will be on weekdays)

Job Description:

Dream Valley Resorts is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Tele Sales Executives. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our resort packages and services over the phone.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce them to Dream Valley Resorts and its offerings.

2. Explain resort packages, amenities, and benefits to potential customers clearly and compellingly.

3. Listen to customers' needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly to maximize sales opportunities.

4. Provide accurate information about pricing, availability, and booking procedures.

5. Maintain detailed records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system.

6. Follow up with customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

7. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.

8. Stay up-to-date on resort promotions, events, and special offers.

9. Collaborate with team members and sales managers to improve sales strategies and techniques.

10. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally and promptly.

Requirements:

1. 2-4 years of Proven experience in telemarketing or sales.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to engage customers and build rapport over the phone.

4. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

5. Results-driven with a passion for achieving sales targets.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

8. Graduates are Preferred.

9. Flexible to work on Sundays and during the specified working hours.

10. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
