One of our client a media and Dance academy which is around 22 years old company, which is running dance academies across india . The Dance academy is India's one of the best Dance Academy, is recognized internationally for choreography and artistic performances and from last 22 years into the world of entertainment and performing arts. It has office at Mayur Vihar phase 1 (East Delhi).The academy has performed at various corporate, public and private events in national and international locations. Known for its unparalleled performances and diverse array of dance offerings, It has been a part of many international events in Dubai, Bangkok, Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia, to name a few.
We are looking for Academy Counselor for out at Mayur Vihar in delhi
Experience- 2 to 5 Years
Location- Mayur Vihar Phase 1, Delhi

Role & Responsibilities:
• Taking care of the academy operations, classes and instructors
• Handle and answer incoming phone calls
• Calling on the leads and convert them into sales.
• Filling of fee receipts and filling
• Handling of Student Query- Both Walk-Ins, Telephonic, SMS & Email.
• Counseling the Students for Joining the Training/Courses available.
• Maintaining the records of the student's database.
• Counsel Students & parents about courses
• Clarify doubts
• Monitor class schedules
• Handle administrative responsibilities
• Achieve allocated admission targets
• Interact with students & parents
Requirements:
• Must be presentable and can handle calls and walk in inquiry
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Good Written and Communication skills
• Customer service attitude is a must
