Job Position: Scan to BIM Modeler (MEP/Arch)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Qualification – B.Tech /BE(Mech/Arch )

Ability

• Create 3D models of projects using point cloud data.
• Develop detailed plans based on 3D models for use by Contractors, Architects, Structure, MEP, and Planners and other related field.
• Building Information Modelling (BIM) and BIM Coordination skills
• Interpret point cloud data to ensure coordination of specifications and drawings
• Experience with Virtual Design and Architecture
• Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) models and coordination
• Work closely with surveyors and other specialists to manage and interpret point cloud data.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards and practices
• Ability to lead project and team
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Autodesk Revit and Navisworks skills are a plus

Requirements

· Proficient in the use of Revit software and point cloud data.

· Proficient with BIM software.

· Experience with laser scanning and point cloud data processing.

· Strong understanding of engineering principles.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Ability to interpret technical specifications and point cloud data.

· Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.

Scan to BIM Modelling:

• Utilize point cloud data obtained from 3D laser scans to create accurate and detailed Revit models.
• Ensure the conversion of scan data into BIM models meets LOD100 to 450 standards and client specifications.

Revit Modelling:

• Proficiently use Autodesk Revit to create 3D models of buildings and structures.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to incorporate design changes and updates into the BIM models.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct thorough quality checks on BIM models to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Address and resolve any discrepancies in the modelling process.

Problem-Solving:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BIM modelling.
