This can include management of our A-Players/high-potential folks, upskilling programs, career pathing, competency and skill frameworks, benefits programs, engagement surveys, mentoring models, succession and backup planning, etc
Researching market and industry trends to propose updates for job descriptions, titles, and compensation
Developing content for various purposes that include training, town halls, announcements, etc
Developing and administering an employee reward recognition and engagement program that is aligned with the companys growth plans.
Running the performance management and salary review process.
Keeping up-to-date with HR trends, best practices, and relevant legislation, and recommending improvements for the organization.
