Associate
Business Support and Analytics
a) Extensive involvement in annual budget exercise of CAPEX and present to Manufacturing Heads, Project Head, GMO BU Head and CXOs for review and approvals.
d) Identification of process simplifications which will result in elimination of manual process or strengthen existing process.
a) Review and ensure completeness of capitalization of all entities
b) Review of liquidated damages, GST ineligibilities entries, Asset Discard Provisions and recommend for necessary entries
c) Review and ensure completeness of Manual Depreciation, Delayed Capitalization.
d) Review and ensure completeness of asset STO's reconciliation and recommend for necessary entries
e) Depreciation Expenses Reviewand ensure completeness
f) Depreciation Expenses - Monthly and Full Year Latest Estimates review and circulation to key stakeholders
g) Review of Open Commitments
h) Maintaining the FSCP checklist
i) Periodical review of schedules for the balance sheet items
j) Ensure all the contingencies are provided for
k) Ensure the compliance to IFRS, Ind AS and other accounting guidelines
l) All the internal accounting policies, SOPs and DOA need to be adhered to
m) Review of non-routine transactions of GMO and inform to Corporate on a timely basis.
a) Preparation of Monthly analytical MIS:
- Key Business highlights and Concerns which requires management attention
- Project Approvals: Budget Vs Actual at YTD and full year including LE
- CAPEX Cash Flows at YTD and full year including LE
b) Preparation and circulation of Cash Flow Projections to Management on periodical basis
c) CWIP Balances: Monthly review with Plants and Project Managers and ensure all over due project raised PSCR -Timelines, ACR's (Asset Commission Report) etc.,
a) Statutory Audit: Assisting for / providing information as required by auditors.
b) SOX & Internal Audit: Support for Internal / Operations audits, Management testing and walkthroughs for SOX at the Plant.
