Job description
# Candidate must have the knowledge about the statutory requirements and regulations prescribed by RBI for NBFCs along with all regulatory policies and procedures under compliance program
# Candidate can handle the Audit / Compliance related queries raised by RBI, Internal –External Audit etc. # Highlight the alleged violations of RBI laws, rules & regulations applicable to NBFCs and recommend the correct process so that action can be taken accordingly # Liaise and build relations with Registrar of Companies, Reserve Bank of India, Depositories and other statutory authorities # Candidate should be able to draft compliance checklist, manuals and other required regulatory documents prescribed by RBI # Formulating & develop Strategy as per company’s requirement and organize the training to all team members as per compliance requirements # Ensure that branch Ops & CPU operations teams are well updated with the latest policy and process circulated by Risk /Credit / Compliance team # Identify & prioritize the areas for improvement in the team as per cost, quality, flexibility, speed etc so that no gap should be created among team members # Accountable to maintain the quality timeline and scorecard for CPU & Branch Ops teams. # Maintain and organize the compliance records in consonance with the internal control and audit mechanismJob tags
