Location: Mumbai (Kalina)

Budget: Upto 8 LPA (Including 10% variable)

Languages: Marathi , Kannada, Tamil, Telugu , Bengali

Description:

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken candidate to join our sales team. The incumbent will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

Key Responsibilities :

• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
• Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
• Explaining and demonstrating features of our services.
• Staying informed about competing products and services.
• Researching and qualifying new leads

QUALIFICATIONS -

• MSME/ Construct Requirement: BE/Btech/Bachelor`s Degree
• 1+ years of Inside Sales Calling.
• Knowledge of region-specific languages where they will be deployed (Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Marathi, Gujarati)
• Prospecting and closing Skills.
• Knowledge of sales principles and practices.
• Customer service Acumen.
• Desire to exceed growth, and work in a fast-paced environment.
