Job Description :

• Advance resolution expert (L2)

Job Profile :
• Handling escalation calls.

Job Type :
• Full Time –Permanent - Duration 9 Hours (including 1 hr break)

Mandatory Criteria :
• Communication skill – Excellent communication needed in English and Hindi
• Education – Higher secondary
• Experience – min 1year BPO exp required.
• Work Timing – 24*7 rotational (drop and pickup available for odd shifts)
• Week off –Rotational,6 days working.
• Maximum Age Limit - 40

Interview Structure :
• HR round – Yes
• Typing Test –Min 30WPM/90% accuracy
• Psychometric test
• Versant test(Versant score should be 4)
• Client round

Documents Required :
• Aadhar Card (Complete Date of Birth) – Mandatory
• Pan Card - Mandatory
• Education Marks sheets – 10th, 12th, Mandatory
• Experience Letter, Offer Letter, Pay slips (last 3 months)

Salary and Benefits :
• CTC-245000/-, Salary in hand 18342/-.
• Salary from first day
• ESIC & PF

Interview Details :
• Office Address - Rajarhat, DLF 2, Tower B, 3rd Floor, New Town, Kol – 156
• Interview Timing- 11.30 am to 4.30 pm
• Date- Every Monday to Saturday
