ï'·Drive business growth through the agency channel by setting and achieving sales targets.
ï'·Implement strategies to increase the distribution of financial products through agency partners.
ï'·Conduct training programs for agency partners to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
ï'·Provide guidance and coaching to agency partners to improve their performance and productivity.
ï'·Conduct regular audits and checks to maintain the quality of operations and adherence to standards.
ï'·Address customer inquiries and concerns related to products sold through the agency channel.
ï'·Work with agency partners to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
ï'·Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends related to the agency channel.
ï'·Prepare and submit regular reports to higher management regarding sales, targets, and achievements within the agency channel.
ï'·Manage a team of agency channel staff and provide leadership, guidance, and direction to achieve team and organizational objectives.
