Job description
Lead and manage large-scale projects in different retail assets (GL, PL, BL etc) ensuring
successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Drive business growth by designing strategic initiatives aligned to the organizational vision.
Understand business requirements, objectives, and priorities, and translate them into
effective program strategies and plans.
Collaborate closely with internal teams across multiple departments, for implementation
and support, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of program activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness,
identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation.
Monitor performance metrics, track key milestones, and provide timely reports to business
heads and senior management.
Ability to work with data and present insights relevant for financial product.
Relationship development and management with partner stakeholders as well as across
the businesses
Work effectively with diverse teams to come up with the best solution and move people
and organization to act.
Influencing partners and senior stakeholders cross-functionally to drive quick decision
making, alignment and mobilizing teams for execution.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the different retail asset classes, including
regulatory frameworks, compliance requirements, and emerging trends.
