Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at state and site level, both internal and external, for smooth project execution
Ensure timely availability of pathways for ready movement of equipment to site locations by coordinating with site RoW executives local stakeholders
Support developers to meet KRA timelines
Execution Excellence
Develop, maintain and monitor RoW plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation and efficient completion of pathway development
Manage RoW risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensure timely mitigation / escalation; ensure use of ethical methods and adherence to legal compliances
Financial Excellence
Formulate and maintain monthly / quarterly RoW budget plan and monitor the same along with cash flows on a regular basis to ensure timely payment to vendor/aggregator
While maintaining the ROW price policy, negotiate for ROW options, easements, fee interest, and curative documents as per project documents and the acquisition policy.
Other responsibilities
Stay updated with the application of state land laws, property laws and local laws including all issues relating to conversion of agricultural land into NA., title search reports, mutation, amalgamation of land
Co-ordinate and liaison for permissions from all government, and regulatory authorities for access development
Facilitate growth opportunities for the team based on their knowledge, attitude and performance; ensure that timely completion of assigned trainings to augment their knowledge
