Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Noida. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates for open positions. The Recruiter will also create job postings, communicate with hiring managers, and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting for industrial roles
• Strong sourcing and screening skills, including the ability to use various recruitment portals and platforms
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills
• Experience using applicant tracking systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience in social media recruiting and employer branding is a plus
• Experience in Blue Collar hiring is a plus.
