Role Description
As an Offensive Security Engineer (Red Team Engineer), you will work with a team to perform various types of security testing for clients to identify and propose solutions for security issues. In addition, you will work with clients to propose security controls for long-term solutions.
You will perform network penetration testing and web application security assessments and other highly technical engagements across a variety of client industries. Also, recommend and implement improvements to testing processes methodologies. Write comprehensive reports and deliver presentations for technical and non-technical audiences, including executives and stakeholders.
Mendatory Key Skills - Experience with penetration testing and red teaming methodologies.
- Experience using common penetration testing tools, BurpSuite, Metasploit, Kali Linux etc.
- Proficiency in at least 1 scripting language. (JavaScript, python, VBScript)
- Mastery of common server and workstation operating systems.
- Ability to think critically and identify areas of technical and non-technical risk.
- Ability to write technical reports and communicate technical content to non-technical audiences.
- Must have experience in application security, Web(SAST/DAST), Mobile, API , Thick Client, Plugins etc.
- Must have experience in Cloud and Infra security (AWS, AZURE, GCP)
- Threat modelling and Secure Architecture Review experience is an added advantage
- Aviation experience is a plus.
Certification: (Mandatory) – CEH, OSCP, CRTP/CRTA/MRT
Certification: (Preferable) – GPEN, GWAPT, OSCE
