Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Business Development in Pune. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for performing market research, generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining fruitful relationships with existing clients, and assisting the Business Development Manager in day-to-day tasks.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of market research techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Prior sales and marketing experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
Job Description: Visit Schools, promote and get signup done for our products which includes training programs for JEE, NTSE, Olympiads etc. for Class 6 to 12 based Students
Penetrate, prospect, qualify and schedule well-qualified demonstrations with key decision makers of Schools & Tuition centres within the targeted reach
Talent Acquisition: Identifying High Potential Students through the channels of Tutors, Coordinators, Schools etc. and getting them enrolled as the Institute
Conducting Promotional Events in the City and nearby Catchment areas to create Admission Funnel and driving students for getting enrolled in the Institute
Ability to work in a highly charged environment without compromising on quality
Intelligent and self-motivated, should be willing to work hard to achieve and exceed targets
Innovative, enthusiastic and quick thinker with fluency in English
Collaborative team player with a hunger to make a lasting impact through their work
Experience: 4-8 years; candidates from Education Industry Preferred
