Job description

Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, SaaS & Cyber Security services & solutions. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, expanding our client base and establishing strategic partnerships to reinforce our position as a trusted leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities: 1.

Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets in alignment with company objectives. 2.

Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries to generate leads and opportunities. 3.

Lead the end-to-end sales process from prospecting and qualification to proposal development, negotiation and contract closure. 4.

Collaborate with technical teams to understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 5.

Stay abreast of market trends, competitor analysis and emerging technologies in IT infrastructure, SaaS & Cyber Security to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. 6.

Work closely with marketing teams to develop collateral, presentations and other sales materials to support business development efforts. 7.

Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports and updates for Senior management, providing insights into sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.

Requirements: 1.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. 2.

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in business development & sales roles within the IT infrastructure services industry. 3.

Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, SaaS and Cyber Security services & solutions 4.

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives. 5.

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. 6.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities. 7.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
