Company Description Doki ( is India's first serious ready-to-eat meat snacks company attacking the FMCG space.

80% of Indians are non-vegetarian but meat lovers aren't being catered to in the supermarket isles. Our snacks are also super attractive for people looking to eat healthier because they give more protein-per-calorie than any other snack in the market making it the ideal choice for people looking to lose weight or gain muscle. We started with just jerky but have been perfecting new product lines for the past 18 months and are introducing them to the market this month. With the release of these new product lines, Doki will be entering a new phase of aggressive expansion and we're looking for a CEO/CMO to join the team at the founder level to make the most of the opportunity we have on in our hands.

Role We're looking for a co-founder who has the skillset to be an effective CEO. The CEO at Doki also leads the marketing portfolio so this is an area in which you need to be extremely competent. Our COO is very strong and leads our food team but every other aspect of building the company will be in your hands. Some priority areas are: Fundraising E-commerce Retail and distribution Advertising

Qualifications 5 years experience growing an FMCG startup (ideally a food one) with at least 3 years leading a team Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Educational qualifications from an elite institution
