Assistant Manager Training

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager of Training at Novotel Jodhpur ITI Circle. The Assistant Manager of Training will be responsible for supervisory skills, training and development, customer service, and communication.

• Supervisory skills, ability to lead and direct a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in Training & Development
• Strong training skills, ability to create, design, and implement training programs
• Customer service skills, ability to handle guest complaints and issues professionally and effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred
• Fluent in English and Hindi
