Over the last 20 years, Give has partnered with hundreds of companies – from large ones like ICICI, HDFC, TCS, Google, Microsoft, Amex, KPMG, Coca-Cola to new age start-ups like Flipkart, Ola, Myntra and others – to shape the employee giving narrative across India. When COVID hit India, we launched the India COVID Response Fund (ICRF) and partnered with various institutions globally to deploy over 800 Crores of Institutional Giving (CSR, Foundation Grants & Employee Giving). In Oct 2022 Give acquired the CSR business of Goodera and created Give Grants to sharply focus on ‘making CSR giving better’ in India. Give Grants is now an end to end giving partner for institutions spanning strategy, design, deployment, compliance and impact assurance. Our offerings include - 1. a comprehensive SaaS platform for grant management, monitoring & evaluation and compliance 2. services for partner identification, monitoring, evaluation, impact reporting, compliance and impact assessment 3. ability to be an end to end extended CSR team for our client

Role Designation:

Associate, CSR consulting This role will be a part of the Give Grants CSR services team, which works with more than 50 CSR clients across India. Location:

Mumbai. The role will require travel across India for client interactions and to visit project sites. The candidate may also need to work from client premises extensively.

Responsibilities 1. End to end involvement for one or multiple client engagements, focused on project delivery, CSR operations, extensive coordination with NGO partners, and data management. 2. Some engagements may need the Give Grants team to function as an extended CSR team for the client, responsible for implementation of the CSR strategy approved by the client CSR committee. a. Support annual financial budget creation, program selection, annual action plan creation, monitoring and evaluation, compliance management, employee engagement, brand engagement and any other aspect related to the CSR function b. Be a point of contact for the leadership team, other business heads, accounting and finance, as well as implementation partners c. Contribute to formulation of the CSR strategy, and long term impact goals and ensure alignment with the business strategy d. Evaluate CSR proposals from non-profits and social enterprises, in line with the CSR strategy of the firm and by applying the relevant impact frameworks e. Engage with the implementation partners through the entire project lifecycle for project monitoring, status report and risk management f. Engage in internal coordination across HR, Marketing and business teams to engage with employees (volunteering, employee giving, events etc.) and to ensure that CSR contributes effectively to the larger branding objectives g. Manage project budgets, disbursements and financial utilization tracking 3. Develop a strong hands on understanding of the Give Grants CSR management tech platform and use it effectively across engagements, wherever relevant. High degree of comfort with quantitative data will be essential.

Profile 1. An entrepreneurial mindset, with a very high bias for action. Executes effectively and efficiently, with natural comfort to be hands-on and with the willingness to jump in and do what is needed. 2. 0-2 years of professional experience, preferably with exposure to CSR / social development space or equivalent consulting experience 3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior executives 4. Comfortable with a target driven, performance driven environment that can often demand stretch hours 5. Strong interest in the social development sector, and a desire to influence CSR decisions to make them better 6. Post graduate qualification in management, social work or allied areas from tier 1 institutions
