Job description
- Attending to the visitors.
- Attending the EPABX/FAX system.
- Making all the arrangements for Board Meeting/ Senior Management Meeting and other officials of IRFC.
- Supervision on daytoday work of Horticulture / Housekeeping functions.
- Dispatch and receipt of files letters etc. to and from various offices including various sate/central Govt. Offices/PSU/Private companies & individuals.
Requirements
- Graduate or three years diploma in Office Management and knowledge of MSOffice (Word Excel and Power Point)/
- EPABX./FAX Operation with good communication skills.
